D-and-D-Galapogas.jpgHi there,
My name is Debbie Goldingham and I have always been passionate about health and fitness and living life to my full potential and definitely practice what I preach!

I’ve been a Primary School Teacher and school Principal so I have an excellent understanding of how difficult it can be trying to create a healthy life work balance.  I know the importance of looking after yourself first and I am a firm believer in the saying, “Where there’s a will, there’s a way!”

After having spent about 15 years working for the Ministry of Education, I decided I was ready for a new challenge.  So I followed my passion and trained as a Personal Trainer and a Life Coach.

Along the way I’ve also become a Group Fitness Instructor, a licensee of the Active Mums program and run an adventure group for women.

Having experience of constantly setting myself challenges and goals, from jumping out of planes to running marathons, I am equipped to know how to help you break down your goals into achievable steps.

Let me help you to get motivated and keep on track to achieving your goals, no matter how big or small.  I can also work with you to find out what the real issues are that may be keeping you from moving forwards.

My husband, (who likes to think he is my Personal trainer) and I have spent a number of years living and working overseas, travelling and seeing the world.  We now live on the beautiful Whangaparaoa Peninsula close by to our three gorgeous grandkids.  Reps-logo-small.jpg

Hi,B_Skydiving.jpg My name is Briar Whitefield and I have always loved the outdoors, tramping with my family and playing outside as a child, so when I left school, I did two
years training in Outdoor Education and Leadership, majoring  in kayaking, tramping, rock climbing and caving.

I then started my working career at a climbing gym in Auckland, then on to the Y.M.C.A Camp Adair and Waiwera where I was an Outdoor Instructor on and off for 8 years.

Following that I decided I would love to jump out of planes for a living so I trained for a year and am now a qualified skydiver with over 400 jumps to my name.

I recently have just completed two years experience of being a guide on the Milford track.
I love New Zealand in all of its forms and enjoy showing it to other people.
