Active Mums is helping Mums all over New Zealand to get active!

I take classes in 4 different locations on Auckland's North Shore. At this stage, classes are in Devonport, Onewa and Silverdale but I can take classes wherever these is enough participants. Most of my classes are now mixed ability classes which means you work at your own level. New classes are starting all the time.  Check out my Active Mums North Shore facebook page to keep updated!

Safe and specific exercises for pregnant women to give you an easier labour and birth, enhance your baby's growth and development and regain your pre pregnancy body shape faster.

Mums In Motion
Introductory fitness programme where you can exercise with your baby. Toning and strengthening exercises to do in class and at home with your own exercise workbook. 
8 sessions $99.00

Groups in Action
Advanced training with goal setting where you exercise in small groups with other mums and their babies. Includes cardio, circuit and outdoor workouts.
