Coaching works on the principle that you have all the answers, skills and resources you need. It is my job to help you recognise and use this knowledge.
You create inspiring goals to achieve in whatever area you choose and set regular actions towards achieving those goals.
Coaching then looks at what’s in the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. What’s holding you back from living your potential? What self beliefs do you have? What ways do you sabotage yourself? How is your history affecting your subconscious?
On one level you are taking outward steps towards achieving your goals, on another level you are looking at what is happening internally through this process. Throughout, you are gradually building up an understanding of yourself and creating new ways of thinking and being.
Imagine you could have someone coach you to have the relationship you’ve always wanted so that you never went through the same cycle again and again.
Imagine you could have someone coach you to have the belief in yourself to face your challenges and be confident in your ability and in your potential.

Imagine you could have someone walking through this journey with you, totally believing in you, totally supporting you, coaching you through your challenges, inspiring and motivating you achieve your goals and to be the best that you can be…………………..Well that is what I would do as your life coach.
