I never imagined I would train for a half marathon let alone finish one, so thank you for being you, with all your encouragement and support.  Caroline M

Thanks for all the joy and excitment you brought into my life, it was amazing. Thanks for all your time, knowledge and patience that you had, I will really miss you. I feel a huge loss since its all now over, its going to take some getting used to not going to training anymore. Thank you so much for believing in me.  It’s been lots of fun, just a great big thank you.  It was and is, a great experience!  Mandy G

If ever there was an example of the classic “Yo-Yo” dieter, it was me!
I knew that I had to take myself in hand and make a whole of life-change so that I could maintain a normal weight and not fluctuate like I had been doing.
I clearly needed help to achieve my goal, and it was through meeting Debbie that I have got myself on track , maintaining a fitness level and  a healthy weight .
Debbie assured me that it was “the little things that matter” and indeed after making these small changes to my nutrition and  lifestyle, they all added up to a better result than I could have ever achieved on my own.
With every little success I have been encouraged by Debbie to push the limits out further. Now that I have achieved my goal I am more determined than ever to keep fit and active.

I just want to say a very heartfelt “thank you!” for your training and motivating of me as an individual, and also of us as a group.
I’ve enjoyed the camaraderie’ and you personally have made the training (mostly), really enjoyable.  Thanks Debbie, you kept us motivated and on task, I could not have done it without you.  Eddie A

Thanks again Debs for all of your calming positive encouragement.  I so thoroughly enjoy this team effort with the other ladies and your knowledge and commitment is superb.  To be a part of this with you is giving me focus and goals to do with health and fitness which I have never had before.  I am excited and grateful.  I am so proud of all of our achievements and the monumental time and effort you put into us all  ..  I cannot thank you enough for everything . Anita E

Thank you so much for your ever cheerful encouragement as we all suffered and celebrated on the way to the finish line.  It was a long process and very tempting to give it up but I hadn’t enough courage to pull out!  You helped us all achieve the unbelievable and we are so proud of ourselves.  I have always been a snail but for one glorious run I mixed with the hares.  You are inspirational!  Linda C

I do want to thank you for your unwavering support for Tanz and myself through the training.  Although we walked and not ran, it has helped us both so much in believing we can actually do a 1/2 Marathon.  Linda P

Last year I decided I needed a goal outside of my working life and so I started to take up running.  Never having run before I set my sights on the Orewa Half Half (10.5km), the big day came and I did it!  So then I entered a half marathon and enlisted the help of Debbie for some strength/cross  training.  Recently I went for a training run with Debbie during which she gave me pointers for hill running, these have proven invaluable.  I have just completed the Run Auckland series for 2010 and had Personal Bests for each race, I attribute my improved times to Debbie’s cross training routine and her technical running tips.

Thank you Debbie.

Thank you Debbie for working with my daughter. The goal setting and positive thinking techniques you worked on with her have given her the tools to develop more independence and confidence in herself. Your approach was friendly and easy and I would happily recommend your coaching to other parents of teenagers.

Just a note to say thank you for all the wonderful help and support you have given me. I always look forward to our regular meetings, as I always come away so much more relaxed and inspired. It was great just having my ideas reinforced by you, as I then knew I was on track with the things I wanted to achieve.

I have started back at university, which is a huge step for me to take; it can be a little daunting at times but I know it’s the right way for me to go and I’m looking forward to this new challenge, especially with the tools you have given me.

Knowing I can meet with you at any time to discuss any issues, has given me the confidence to move ahead. I realize I have someone who is truly supportive of the decisions I make, and that means a lot to me.

I had no idea what I was really letting myself in for with coaching but now I realize how easy it was.  The process Debbie took me through was at an easy pace and the strategies and actions to achieve between sessions made it all do-able.  The process took me out of where I was at and I could see all sorts of possibilities.  Debbie has a talent for opening my mind up and making me think.  I always felt supported in a very friendly and gentle way.  Debbie comes across as a friend and not as an authority and that made me feel very comfortable.

I have been undertaking Life Coaching with Debbie and have found her sessions invaluable in helping me to create and achieve goals, both for my business and personally. Debbie is insightful, organised and supportive, and the strategies we formulate to reach the goals are set in such a way that the goals - which can in the beginning seem 'monumental' - become surprisingly easily achievable. I would recommend her to anyone considering Life Coaching.'

I didn't have a chance to thank you for such an enjoyable life coaching class. So thank you!  I am really glad I did it, because I am finding so many little things about myself that I try to make excuses on or what things I'm actually glad I do try to change. It was really an eye opener to a life long learning lesson on myself!
